Mark Battaglia is a respected, experienced, and highly qualified lawyer who has served the community as an attorney for the past eleven years.  He began practice as an assistant Cook County State’s Attorney under Richard Devine’s administration in 2000 with assignments in the appeals division and criminal prosecutions bureau.

    As a private practitioner, Mark has represented clients in a variety of practice areas including criminal defense, divorce, parentage, adoption, personal injury (plaintiff and defense), real estate transactions, closely held corporations law, wills, and trusts.  He represents clients primarily in Cook, DuPage, Will, and Kankakee Counties and has tried cases in many counties throughout the State of Illinois.
